Machiavellian delivers at lofty odds!

In his 150th competitive run Machiavellian did the J.Sidney stable proud coming in second at good odds of 16/1 as predicted on this very blogsite! The 6 year old colt finished just a third of a length behind eventual winner Royal Express bringing career winnngs up to £1,485. The grey was bought for £140 by the current owners in January and it seems to have been money well spent.

If you took the tip well done!

Snow Witch - 8:48 - 13/1

Two days ago in the UK this Abaddon trained filly was desperately unlucky not to have added a 33rd career win when pipped at the winning post. In 168 career runs the grey girl has won in 32 and been placed in 80 bringing in total earnings of £1,172. On the 25th of October the 5 year old registered her last win, since then shes picked up a host of placed finishes and another in Hong Kong tonight would do nicely for the punter at this long price.

Stop the clocks - 9:12 - 4/1

I have to commend Redhalo racing on their choice of horse names! The favourite for tonights 9:12 progress race for juvenilles is a one 'Flying Kuyt' named after the Liverpool striker. However Dirk Kuyt and the rest of the reds are firing blanks at the moment I'm afraid. Red Halo Racing also have 'Stop the clocks' running in this race and the 2 year old colt will be hoping to make it a hatrick of wins in this his 5th race. He hasn't raced in over a week so after the benefit of a rest he should challenge for top honours tonight.

Accidental hero- 9:24 - 15/2

In May of this year Derekw10 paid Dallas1 £570 to bring Accidental hero to his yard showing just how highly respected this 5 year old colt is amongst those in the know. The grey colt has been victorious in 24 of his 141 runs and has also picked up 60 placed finishes. His last win came on muddy going (same going as in this race tonight) a week ago in Canada. Running in the same conditions and at the same track tonight this wonder horse should be able to finish in the top three positions at a canter.
