Abigails Dream - 8:24 - 15/2

Its rare that this 2 year old fillie doesnt chip in with a result to boost owners gogogunner's bank balance. In 19 runs shes won in 5 and been placed in 10 showing excellent consistency though to be fair some of these seemingly good results came in poor fields. She last won on good going back on the 2nd of October in a level weight race. Well rested Abigails dream hasn't been out since the 20th of this month. Hopefully the rest as well as an able jockey will help deliver a placing at the very least.

Machiavellian - 8:57 - 16/1

This is the 6 year old colt's 150th outing on Getminted racing. As he builds up for his final season before being put out to pasture the fiecely competitive grey will be hoping for another win to pass the £1,500 in winnings marker. Hes won twice in his last four races including a fine victory five days ago in a Weight for age race in Canada. Total stats read 149 runs, 23 wins and 65 placed finishes. If he can continue his consistently solid form then theres no reason why he shouldnt get something out of this race tonight at very decent odds.

Murtys Dip - 9:36 - 7/1

Close but no cigar has been the tale of this boy so far in 2006. Indeed if he sees another tail in front of him it'll be too soon. Able and willing this 2 year old colt from the murtyman stable just needs that first win to gain a career launch though up to now he's had to be content with a host of second placed finishes. In 14 outings since being bought on the 10th of October he's been placed in 7 but cant buy a win. Not afraid to mix it up Murtyman enters his youngster in full fields, a clever ploy as the experience learned will stand to him in the long term. I really fancy him to do well tonight over the sprint distance in the UK. Solid each way contender.
