Diablo delivers

It was hardly a shock to see Diablo 796760 romp home in last night's 8:57 race from Hong Kong as precited on this blogsite. While the odds were only moderate at 4/1, it was a definate predicition and if you took my advice and backed in with a decent stake then you will be celebrating today. This promising 2 year old colt has won twice and been placed twice in five races and looks like being a definate star of the future for a stable which has already had 1,807 winners!

Cool mint Jessie - 8:36 - 13/1

If this eden racing trained fillie runs to her full potential and has the right jockey then theres no reason why she shouldn't fare well tonight in the USA. Bought on the 10th of September from the Dallas1 stable for £33 it looks like this is one that got away from Getminted's top stable. In 32 races the 2 year old filly has won 11 times and been placed in 13 (though some were in small fields). She has a decent record on fast going and comes into this race on the back of a win in Canada last Monday. A certain placed finish candidate.

Dusty Springfield - 8:48 - 10/1

Had luck followed this Mr Tug trained filly better then many of her six placed finishes would have turned into victories. In a display of loyalty its believed she told Mr Tug ' I only want to be with you'! Named after the white lady of soul Dusty Springfield she has raced 13 times winning just once in that time. Only out on soft going once before the 2 year old finished in second showing its a type of going which suits her running style. I reckon a placed finish is highly possible for her tonight as Mr Tug aims to build on earnings of nearly £6,000.

Lamb Stu (NZL) - 8:57 - 14/1

A tasty option here! Lamb Stu all the way from New Zealand brings with him an impressive CV which includes 19 wins and 34 places in 121 runs culminating in earnings of £ 2,340. Two days ago this Meat trained 4 year old colt won in Australia in a level weight race and has been in solid form of late unlike some of the other horses in this field. While the quality of all the runners in this race is high the form for some looks shaky. So heres hoping Lamb Stu has what it takes to nick a placed finish.
