Delight in Scotland as Wigs7 hits the 100 winners mark!

They were dancing on the streets of Glasgow and Edinburgh at the weekend after Beachnut captured the 100th win for the wigs7 stable. In a three horse race with every one of them being from the stable the outcome was fairly predictable but never the less it's a great achievemnet for the owner who joined us back on Christmas day last year! Total stats for the stable reads 775 runs, 100 wins and 304 placed finishes with £1,308 earned so far. Well done Wigs7, can you hit the 150 wins by Christmas day? I reckon you can!

Baggy Anne - 8:48 - 9/2

All the signs are good for this 3 year old fillie in the 8:48 race tonight. Consistent and solid the menzie's trained girl is well used to this track and will fancy her chances in a small field of 8. Baggy Anne is yet to register a victory for the stable but in four races she has picked up four placed finishes. This will be the longest journey over which she will have run, normally used to the shorter distances the 2 mile trip will really test her. However if she can stay with the pace then I'm confident that she can at least nick a place.

Thyme Share - 9:12 - 14/1

Trainers Elephant Zoo must scratch their heads and wonder why this boy hasn't picked up more wins. In 19 competitive starts the 3 year old who was bought on the 12th of May has only won once, that being on the 23rd of June when with the Foxy 911 stable. Thyme Share usually avoids racing over fast but has shown in the past that he can handle the ground. A steady performer and well rested since his last race five days ago he should do well at these over priced odds.

Amadeus Mozart - 9:48 - 11/1

Okay lets back this boy for the win in the 9:48 race from Dubai. In tip-top shape at the moment the 4 year old has won three of his last five races moving his career earnings up to £577. Its a sign of high highly this black colt is rated that Gus wing paid £325 for him in April of this year as he moved from the Racingslim stable. A great Champion he could well pick up career win number 23 in Dubai this evening.
