Don't forget to vote!

The Auction Closing Times is a topic that has been debated amongst members on various occasions over the past few months – we would like to obtain a clear consensus amongst members on preferred auction closing times.

We have therefore decided to open a survey to all members enabling you to cast your vote on the preferred auction closing times, the outcomes of which will be applicable as from the October 2006 Auctions.

Voting on the topic will be open to all members for a period of one week as of 12 September up until 11:00am GMT on 20 September 2006.

We would appreciate your participation in this survey, and thank you for your time.

NB. Please note that only one vote per member is allowed. Any duplicate votes submitted by a member will result in all his/her votes being null and void.

RULES:
1. This survey will remain open until 11am GMT on Wednesday 20 September 2006.
2. Each member is entitled to only one vote.
3. Raceclubs’ decision will be subject to a majority vote being achieved by members with respect to the ‘Auction Closing Times’.
4. A majority constitutes 51% or more of the votes.
5. Raceclubs’ decision will be final, and will be implemented as from the October Auctions 2006. No further correspondence will be entered into with members.
6. The results of this survey will be published on Raceclubs, following the closing date.
